Rates
Both our insurance and cash fee schedules will be delivered in your Patient Portal with the other Intake Documents. When we agree to bill your insurance, we have agreed to accept your insurance company pays us as payment in full; with the exception of copays and outstanding deductible amounts.
Insurance
We accept payment from most major insurance companies.
All patients who have a copay or have not met their deductible are required to keep a credit card on file in TherapyNotes. You will enter your credit care information. No one at Pathways will have access to your full card information. Cash rates apply if your deductible is not met at the time of your session. If you owe a copay of unpaid deductible, we will bill your card within 5 days of your therapy session has occurred.
In most cases your copay for psychotherapy services at Pathways of Ohio Counseling as the same as it is at your medical doctor/PCP.
Call our office for information or help on how you can verify your insurance, information about your deductible status and copays as they ply to behavioral health services.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand.
