Meet the Team Behind the Legacy
In a world that’s constantly changing, stability is a rare and powerful trait—and it’s one that defines this group. For years, these psychotherapists have stood side by side, building not just a shared history but a foundation of trust, consistency, and collaboration. Their biographies aren’t just stories of personal achievement—they’re chapters in a collective journey marked by enduring relationships and unwavering commitment.
Each member brings a unique perspective, yet together they form a cohesive unit that has weathered challenges, celebrated milestones, and grown stronger with time. Explore their stories below and discover how stability, loyalty, and shared purpose have shaped a group that’s more than the sum of its parts.
A unique aspect of Pathways is that because we are a small, cohesive group, you won’t get “passed around” from therapist to therapist, as is likely to happen in larger organizations. Your therapist will be a mature, accomplished and experienced psychotherapist.
Each of our professional staff are Independently licensed by the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker and Marriage and Family Therapist Board and are designated as supervisors for clinicians who have not yet fulfilled the qualifications necessary to practice independently.

About Becky
Becky is the founder, managing owner and clinical director of Pathways of Ohio Counseling Services, LLC. She opened the business in October 2008. Her purpose in opening Pathways was to provide extraordinary and personalized out-patient behavioral health care to adults who prefer to deal with their life challenges in a private practice setting. Pathways’ success is a direct result of matching the right therapist and treatment models for every person who comes to Pathways for support.
Becky holds an Associate degree in Liberal Arts from the County College of Morris (AA), a bachelor’s degree in social work (BSW) from Youngstown State University and a master’s in social science administration (MSSA) from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.
Before she opened Pathways of Ohio Counseling Becky worked as a psychotherapist in public mental health and public drug and alcohol recovery for 10 years.
While working with clients who were dealing with drug and alcohol addiction, she was a member of the Mahoning County Mental Health and Recovery Board’s award-winning dual-diagnosis treatment team. The team’s focus was providing exceptional interdisciplinary treatment for people who suffer with both severe mental illness and substance abuse.
Becky is a member of Give an Hour, a national nonprofit organization that certifies psychotherapists who offer free therapy services to the active military and veteran community of the Iraq and Afghanistan Conflicts.
She has been a member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) since 2002.
In 2024 she was honored to be selected as a “Remarkable Women” by a local television channel.
A buyout from AT&T, her employer during her first career, allowed her to pursue her long-time passion to help people work through life and work stressors and mental and behavioral health issues.
She loves her family, her friends and her cat, Lili. She is an advocate for veterans’ mental health, the environment and animal rights. She also supports both her profession as a clinical social worker and the rights of mental and behavioral health patients.
