Rates
Both our insurance and cash fee schedules are listed our “Client Form” section.
Insurance
We accept payment from most major insurance companies.
You are responsible for any copays associated with your insurance as well as any outstanding deductible amounts associated with your coverage. Cash rates apply if your deductible is not met at the time of your session.
In most cases your copay for psychotherapy services at Pathways of Ohio Counseling as the same as it is at your medical doctor/PC.
Your copay and any unmet deductible amount will be collected prior to beginning your therapy session.
Call our office for information or help on how you can verify your insurance, information about your deductible status and copays as they apply to mental health services.
Payment
We accept cash and major credit cards as forms of payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged a fee for missing your session.
